We process all orders within 3 days. Oftentimes, orders process faster than that but we can’t guarantee a faster processing time.

Check a listing carefully to understand if a product is available, or if it is on backorder.

Both are handmade but a product may be on backorder if we do not have the materials on hand to complete the piece within the regular 3 day timeline. Estimated ready time on backorders is not guaranteed, but we will always do our best! Feel free to contact robinmarie@soasadesigns.com for the most up-to-date information on a backordered product.  

The product(s) you receive might vary slightly from the product picture due to the nature of the products and materials.

Please read the Care and Cleaning FAQ for information about the proper care of your jewelry. Remember that Soasa jewelry is fine and delicate, so please use common sense regarding how you treat your pieces.

We ship via USPS. First Class Parcel does not include insurance. Please select the shipping option you are most comfortable with at the time of checkout.

We ship all international orders through USPS. Soasa Designs is not responsible for duty or brokerage fees for international shipping. These charges come from your country during importation of your package. We cannot guarantee tracking of your package once it leaves the United States. 

We do our best to apply fair shipping costs to each order, and shipping costs are calculated automatically during checkout. If you feel that there is an error please contact us.

Selecting expedited shipping during checkout does not ensure a faster processing time. Your product may still need 3 days to be handmade. Please contact robinmarie@soasadesigns.com if you need to expedite your order, and we will do our best to assist you.

Soasa gladly accept returns and exchanges. Just contact us within 14 days of delivery and ship items back to us within 30 days of delivery. Refunds are not automatic. We must have some communication from you regarding your intentions.

Personalized and/or customized goods are exempt from being returned unless the product arrives defective.

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase. All shipping costs will be the responsibility of the buyer.

Once we have received and inspected your return/exchange, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. Returned items in new condition will be refunded at that time, less the cost of shipping. Damaged or worn items, whether from use or failure to properly package the item, may void this return agreement.

Exchanges will be billed for any cost difference plus shipping. Exchanges will be mailed once the exchange invoice is paid.

Damaged on arrival:

Soasa stands by our product and packaging. If your item arrives damaged please contact robinmarie@soasadesigns.com immediately and include a picture of the item and the packaging it arrived in. We handle these situations on a case by case basis, but rest assured you will be taken care of!

Just contact us within 5 days of delivery and ship items back to us within 14 days of delivery.

If your jewelry breaks please contact robinmarie@soasadesigns immediately and include a picture of the break. Soasa stands behind our product and craftsmanship, so we are will repair it. We handle these situations on a case by case basis, but rest assured we will work it out.
